VINIFICATION: Manual harvest, Controlled at 28C/82,4F . Maceration for 30 days. Naturally stabilized. Aged 365 days in french oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.

TASTING NOTES: Intense cherry red color; Ripe red fruit with vanillas and dark roasted flavour aromas; On the palate wide, beefy, powerful and with great structure

FOOD PAIRING: Duck magret ,T-bone, sirloin steaks, game and stews. Filet mignon with goat cheese and port sauce. Chili con carne.

PRODUCER: La Veguilla is located in the heart of “Ribera del Duero”. These wines are premium quality products selected by Cuveé and Misa team, distributed in exclusivity in the US market. “Veguilla” means “meadow”, the most privilege and prestigious area in Ribera del Duero called “The Golden Mile”.
The family that runs this winery is the “García family”. The person who runs the winery nowadays is Epifanio García “Epi”, the founder’s son, he also takes care of the production and quality control in the winery (Oenologist and Cellar Master).
