APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.

VINIFICATION: Manual harvest, Controlled fermentation at 25C/77F . Maceration for 13 days. Naturally stabilized that can produce precipitates.

TASTING NOTES: Garnet alive with purple trim color, intense notes of red fruits aromas, tasty, soft and fresh in the mouth.

FOOD PAIRING: All-dressed pizza, beef burguer, barbecued chicken and pork, beef and pork empanadas, chicken fajitas, beef tartare.

PRODUCER: LaVeguilla is located in the heart of “Ribera del Duero”. These wines are premium quality products selected by Cuveé and Misa team, distributed in exclusivity in the US market. “Veguilla” means “meadow”, the most privilege and prestigious area in Ribera del Duero called “The Golden Mile”.

The family that runs this winery is the “García family”. The person who runs the winery nowadays is Epifanio García “Epi”, the founder’s son, he also takes care of the production and quality control in the winery (Oenologist and Cellar Master).
